Remote candidates will also be considered.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our procurement and financial operations. This role involves managing purchase orders supplier setup invoice matching and ensuring compliance with company policies. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.Bachelors degree in business administration Procurement Accounting or equivalent experience.Minimum 3 years in Procurement and Accounting preferably within a manufacturing environment.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with Workday and Coupa (preferred)Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detail and accuracy.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Excellent time management and prioritization; ability to work independently and collaboratively.Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
