Technology Process Analyst at Atlanta Braves

This function will include process flow design benchmarking and continuous process improvement (CPI) using Lean and Agile methodologies. Change Management will be a key component requiring strong leadership and communication skills.Department Overview: Technology Services is a crucial enabler of The Braves success by delivering reliable high-performance Technology systems and infrastructure. Technology Services works closely with business partners to improve and transform technology-enabled capabilities and the value of the Technology investment portfolio through innovation execution and an outstanding user experience. Innovation efficiency and excellence are critical success factors.Key Areas of Responsibility: Develop a Process Excellence Strategy and Roadmap that includes people process and tools necessary to create a culture of CPI and Operational ExcellenceCreate a repository of all technology department documents with change controlsCreate roadmap and action plan for key processes using prioritization methodology based on revenue cost and user experience impactExpand upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for key processes through collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs)Create Continuous Process Improvement program using Lean and Agile methodologies to optimize the operating environmentImplement operating cadence including scorecards to track results and impact (financial operational and user experience)Identify and implement automation and toolsManage Change Management policies and procedures for the departmentQualifications:Technical undergraduate degree (ex. Industrial Engineering or Computer Science)Exceptional Communication skills: verbal (presentation) and written (documentation)Strong Leadership skills grounded in self-confidence self-motivation and high standards of excellenceStrong Analytical and Process Management skillset with an ability to learn quickly and adapt as necessaryProgram and Project Management skills and experience with toolsTeam player who demonstrates flexibility and enthusiasm in attitude and approachSome professional experience either internships co-ops or full timeProficient with Microsoft suite of applicationsPreferred qualifications:Experience with Tableau Workday SQLLean Six Sigma Agile SAFE certificationProfessional certifications: Cisco Networking Microsoft CybersecurityProgramming (Python R) and/or experience with automation toolsThe Atlanta National League Baseball Club LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
