From rotating stock to helping customers discover new produce this is a hands-on role for someone who values quality service and teamwork.Hourly Pay: $16.50 $24.00Benefits: Medical dental vision and life insurance plus great in-store discountsWhat Youll DoDeliver exceptional customer service with a friendly helpful attitudeStock rotate and maintain fresh produce and packaged fruits/vegetablesRemove spoiled or damaged items and ensure all displays are fresh and appealingWater trim and merchandise produce and floral items as neededHelp customers locate items and provide information about fruits vegetables and alternative dietsReceive inspect and organize deliveriesSet up and take down seasonal displaysMaintain cleanliness safety and sanitation standards in the departmentCoordinate returns or credits with suppliers when applicableWork with team members and leadership to ensure smooth daily operationsPerform other duties as assigned by the Produce or Store ManagerWhat You BringExperience & Skills:Previous customer service experience requiredExperience with produce is a plusBasic math and inventory handling skillsFamiliarity with natural foods health-conscious diets or organic produce preferredCustomer Focus & Abilities:Friendly team-oriented and detail-focusedAble to communicate product knowledge clearly and helpfullyComfortable working in a fast-paced retail environmentPhysically able to perform stocking and lifting duties safely and efficientlyPhysical RequirementsStand for long periods (up to 8 hours)Lift and carry boxes and crates up to 75 lbs.Squat bend and climb ladders as neededReach overhead and stock shelves using carts box cutters and dolliesWork in varying conditions including wet or cold environmentsSchedule RequirementsMust have flexible availability including weekends evenings and holidaysWhy Join Mothers MarketWere a mission-driven company focused on health sustainability and outstanding service.
