As the Produce Clerk, you will make sure that the stores produce is always fresh and in good condition. You will inspect the produce to ensure that it is defect-free and arrange it on the shelves. The ideal candidate can lift heavy boxes, perform physical tasks, and have excellent customer service skills. ResponsibilitiesMonitor and replenish produce and other goods on display shelves throughout your shift.Rotate products and goods according to the stores policiesProvide outstanding customer service by greeting each guest with a smile and offer assistanceBe safety oriented by following all known safety procedures and utilizing good operational, loss prevention, and safety judgment at all timesQualificationsPrevious work experience as a Produce Clerk or similar position is preferred but not requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalentAbility to read, count, write and communicate accurately in English.Understanding of best practices in sales and customer serviceStrong communication skills and an ability to work well in a team environmentAbility to stand for long periods and regularly lift 50lbsDaytime and Weekend availability
