Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success. Job responsibilitiesPartners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discoveryConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyUnderstanding of data architectures, including databases (SQL/NoSQL), data lakes, ETL processes, and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in commercial or investment banking, with knowledge of regulatory and risk management frameworks.Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar for backlog management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and translate complex technical concepts into business terms.Analytical mindset with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data governance tools.Experience in AI/ML-driven data products or advanced analytics.  ABOUT US JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
