Our culture in Risk Management is all about thinking outside the box challenging the status quo and striving to be best-in-class.As a Product Delivery Associate in Trust & Security you will play a vital role in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) ensuring code readiness aligns with business requirements. Your responsibilities will encompass test planning and execution along with functional end-to-end and regression testing. You will collaborate with Risk and Technology teams to ensure business processes and user interactions function as intended effectively minimizing post-launch risks.Job ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the intent of a business requirementFormulate test approach and test plan and detailing the dependencies and risk involvedExecute business scenario in UAT environmentPartner and collaborate with stakeholders for clarifying queries and sharing the testing statusEnsure testing artifacts are updated and saved as appropriateReconcile test results from different tests and different groupsIncorporate process enhancements related to tools and practices to unlock greater efficiencies and effectivenessPartner with UAT Manager/Lead to ensure that testing readiness and testing execution milestones are completedAssist in helping to facilitate the quality testing practices in support of various productsRequired Qualifications Capabilities and SkillsBachelors degree or comparable experience3years of experience in manual testing along withformulating test plans and approach test scenarios and test scriptsExperience in JIRA process understanding of the process flow and creation of the taskExperience with Microsoft Office ConfluenceqTest toolWriting and executing queries in SQLKnowledge in Unix operating systemExperience with Agile and waterfall software development methodologiesStrong clear and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight ability to collaborate and build strong partnershipsIntellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn degree of initiative self-direction and ability to work well under pressurePreferred Qualifications Capabilities and SkillsExperience with mainframe screensbusiness rules enginesUnderstanding of credit card lifecycle and cards transactions processingExperience with risk processingRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Marketing,Quality Assurance,Agile,Product Demos,Analysis Skills,Jira,Project Management,Product Management,Qualitative Analysis,Confluence,Internet Of Things,Product Development Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
