As a key member of the team you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.Job responsibilitiesLeads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake dependency management release management product operationalization delivery feasibility decision-making and product performance reporting while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationLeads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firms risk controls compliance and regulatory requirementsEffectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers ensuring adequate resourcing and liaising with stakeholders and functional partnersWorks in tandem with the Area Product Owner to defines and communicate product vision strategy and delivery roadmap aligned with the business strategy and goalsPartners with internal line of business (LOB) to capture data-driven technical and non-technical customer requirements and communicate them concretely to the engineering teams in terms of customer-based outcomesDevelop and manage detailed project plans including sequencing of work implementation planning and ownership of tasks.Proactively identifies manages and resolves issues including dependencies within and outside the product area and lead completion of change management activities across functional partnersPartners with Data and Analytics Retail Real Estate and other associated functions to ensure the product under development meets standardsRequired qualifications capabilities and skills5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activitiesStrong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesExperience in product or platform-wide release management in addition to deployment processes and strategiesExcellent numerical analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding and ability to work within Agile methodologies including working knowledge of the following tools: Jira Confluence and TableauExperience working with multi-level management and complex organizationsStrong presentation and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate complex/technical concepts into simple yet effective communication to many stakeholders management and customersProven experience in developing lasting cohesive partnerships with the business operations technology and other key stakeholders in an enterprise organizationAdaptable self-starter with strong initiative able to learn new processes quickly juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred qualifications capabilities and skillsProficient knowledge of the product development life cycle design and data analyticsPrior experience working within a real estate domainExperience with geospatial data and tooling including but not limited to: ArcGIS Carto Wherobots or QGISBachelors degree or equivalent work experienceRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Time Management,Data Analytics,Analytical,Agile,Requirement Gathering,Strategic thinking,Visio,Communication,Problem Solving,Market Research,UML,Cross Functional Teams Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
