DescriptionJoin our innovative design-led transformation team and help us reimagine the customer experience.As a Lead Product Designer you will start by using Design Thinking methodology to develop empathy for the products users. You will work closely with local and global teams to deliver high quality end-to-end designs in a fast-paced environment.Job ResponsibilitiesStrategize lead and execute design initiatives to respond to both user needs and business goalsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams of designers product managers engineers researchers subject matter experts copywriters legal and executive leadersLeverage and contribute to an existing design system to ensure consistent designs across our web mobile and native applicationsUnderstand and document user research findings and iterate designs based on feedbackCreate click-through prototypes presentations and videos to showcase product vision and get buy-in from key stakeholdersShare knowledge and educate stakeholders about our design process and best practices to optimize our operations and elevate our organizationRequired qualifications capabilities and skillsAn online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience. Please include a link to your online portfolio or work samples.Bachelors degree or higher in Interaction Design User Experience (UX) Design Service Design Visual Design Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or related fields5 years of work experience in the design fieldProficiency in design prototyping and presentation software such as Figma and KeynoteFamiliarity with AI/LLM both in integrating them into the working process and in designing features related to AI/LLM.Experience in the application of design systems such as Googles Material DesignExperience working across multiple platforms (e.g. products websites mobile apps etc.)Ability to communicate abstract design concepts visually and verbally in a clear and engaging mannerPreferred qualifications capabilities and skills:Familiarity with Design Thinking methodologyFamiliarity with financial terminologiesTechnical knowledge on HTML CSS JavaScriptFamiliarity with Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)The final officer title and job grade is at the discretion of the firm and will be discussed at the time of the offer.
