We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate this mission.About the roleWere looking for a Product Designer with a strong foundation in visual craft and systems thinking to help shape the digital experience across our platform. This role sits at the intersection of product and brandbringing clarity cohesion and polish to the way users interact with EliseAI. Youll work on product interfaces onboarding flows and digital surfaces that guide users and elevate the overall experience.Youll collaborate with product engineering and client-facing teams to iterate quickly respond to feedback and ensure that every touchpoint feels intuitive and refined. Youre expected to work autonomously lead within your domain and introduce frameworks that accelerate outcomes and improve quality across teams.ResponsibilitiesDesign and refine intuitive scalable UI that aligns with our design system and brand.Translate product requirements and user feedback into clear user-centered design solutions.Create high-impact visuals and interaction flows that turn complex problems into straightforward actionable experiences.Build Figma prototypes and interactive flows to communicate ideas and gather feedback early.Work closely with product and engineering to scope prioritize and deliver work on time.Lead your projects independently from concept to completion.Contribute to and evolve design systems to bring consistency and efficiency across the product.Introduce processes and design frameworks that improve collaboration and speed up execution across teams.Requirements3 years of professional experience in digital product or experience designStrong portfolio showcasing visual design UI thinking and systems-level workProficiency in Figma including components prototyping and library managementAble to manage multiple projects independently and push work forward without heavy oversightConfident communicator and collaborator across product engineering and marketingStrong visual judgment with an eye for detail and quality across UIBonus if you haveA degree in Interaction Design HCI or a related visual or digital design fieldBasic HTML/CSS skills or enough front-end knowledge to bring ideas to lifeFamiliarity with user testing practices and incorporating feedback into your design processExperience working across different environmentssuch as B2B SaaS agency or in-house teamsFamiliarity with generative-UI platforms like Figma Make v0 Lovable and ClaudeWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary equity and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience and skill level location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
