We work in-person five days a week in our new San Francisco headquarters.What youll doOwn the design of core user journeys across the product from initial flows to polished UICollaborate with engineering and product to implement new features and refine existing onesBring clarity to complex user experiences as our product evolves and scalesCreate and maintain a clean modern visual language inspired by tools like Notion and powered by elements like TailwindWork closely with our Head of Design to articulate and evolve Mercors design philosophy & cultureHelp tutorialize the product experience ensuring that users know what to do without needing to be toldQualificationsStrong portfolio that demonstrates both visual polish and UX depthPassion for building products that are intuitive beautiful and a joy to use48 years in product design ideally at fast-moving startups or high-bar product teamsExperience working closely with engineers and understanding implementation constraintsProven ability to operate autonomouslyBonus: Experience building AI-driven products or marketplacesAt Mercor we recognize that exceptional ability comes in all forms a core philosophy on which we built our platform.
