You can influence where medicine is going by restoring health to millions of people living with immune diseases.Join us in developing treatments finding cures and pioneering the path from lab to life while championing patients every step of the way.Learn more at this exciting role the Product Director and Field Lead Autoantibody Clinical Educator (ACE) will be responsible for developing the materials and leading a team of Clinical Educators who provide clinical education for Imaavy focused on PI-based and disease state education to non-physician patient care teams (PCT) including nurses nurse navigators pharmacists and other advanced practice providers (APPs) such as Nurse Practitioners and Physicians Assistants to drive positive PCT and patient experiences. The ACEs support a patient experience that focuses on the whole patient addressing educational needs related to both clinical and behavioral aspects of treatment and disease management. The ACEs support local healthcare market teams in a defined geographic area capture clear customer insights and develop strategic educational plans. They also play a key role in the education of patients delivering patient speaker programs often through the request from advocacy groups. Your job is to lead the team in these efforts advocate for and create the materials they use in the field.Key Job Responsibilities:(Duties may include but are not limited to the following)Coach the ACEs on building external relationships with key customers in the patient care team (PCTS) and develop and managing a geographical territory Providie feedback on nurse and patient education programs round table discussions and formal presentationsTrain ACEs on how to educate PCTs on the clinical profile of products including but not limited to clinical benefits and administration requirementsDevelop and maintain a strategic territory plan that meet customer educational needs and clinical challenges through analysis of account dynamics and clinical insightsMaster all aspects of the clinical and administrative profile of ImaavyEnsure that PCT clinical insights from customer engagements that take place within accounts or at national regional and local meetings are shared appropriately and compliantlyParticipate as needed to support LHM to help support account needs as it relates to PCTsMaintain thorough understanding and competence in the following areas: vision and rules of engagement; operating company labeled scientific data; market dynamics and competitive landscape; regulatory and health care compliance guidelines; corporate policies on appropriate business conduct and ethical behavior; relevant SOPs and guidelinesProfessional Responsibilities:Stays current in clinical developments related to specific disease statesDevelops and maintains advanced presentation skills to facilitate effective communication of clinical informationDocuments all interactions clinical insights and customer profile information daily as directedAttends clinically relevant meetings for personal/professional developmentMaintains the highest level of professional standards in all interactions with customers and other business contactsQualifications:A minimum of a Bachelors degree required.Active RN license or Advanced Practice degree (Nurse Practitioner/MSN/PA) required.8 years of work experience required2 years of marketing experience requiredPeople leadership experience is strongly preferred Experience with neurology products and/or rare disease preferredExcellent communication and presentation skills requiredKnowledge and/or experience with direct to patient education initiatives preferredPrevious industry experience preferredPrevious experience in introducing new specialty pharmaceutical/biologics products or indications a plusAbility to navigate and discuss complex clinical dataExcellent collaboration and time management skillsAbove average computer skills: PowerPoint Excel WordExpected to work 40-hour work week with flexibility on occasion to work additional hours when needed.Requires travel of approximately 50% (includes overnight travel); Other travel for business meetings as required; Travel by air including overnight and weekends as needed.Must have a valid drivers license issued in the United States Must be fluent in the English language and have excellent oral written and interpersonal communication skills.Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
