This information will be used to create various reports to predict and control costs and identify product purchase addition to these responsibilities an internal system with product pricing will also be maintained. The candidate should have strong analytical skills along with advanced Excel skills.General Responsibilities/Job SummaryMaintenance of internal pricing system (Buying Guide)Manage price files from suppliers and import pricing into systemAdd discontinue and/or supersede part numbersIncrease/decrease pricing on part numbers for each supplier and apply any tier pricing when appropriateGenerate movement (POP) codesTrack and interpret data from various suppliers/vendorsGenerate various reports from collected data using VLOOKUP Pivot Table and Concatenate functions in Excel:Dollar sales by franchise and unit volume by productOrder tracking and turnaround time reports through Mightys direct ship programVendor purchase reportsFormulate extrapolations and weighted averageCross reference of supplier material numbersManage lubricants ordering systemOnboarding of franchises into the programSubmit list of customers and annual gallon demandsRegister franchises into the systemInstruct franchises on how to utilize the website and submit ordersLiaison between franchise and supplierAdding locations and obtaining necessary tax certificatesInvoicing issue resolutionOrder tracking and obtaining PODs (Proof of Delivery)Other responsibilitiesProduct imagesTradeshow organization and executionAdmin and billing for website subscriptionsProduct admin backupExperience RequirementsMust be proficient in Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.Educational RequirementsCollege degree preferred or equivalent work experience.Working Conditions Daily office hours are normally between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday with occasional weekend responsibilities.
