If youre excited about crafting intuitive experiences solving complex user problems and influencing the future of identity security this is the place for you.As a Product Design Intern youll collaborate with senior designers product managers and engineers to design elegant user-centered experiences for SailPoints Identity Security Cloud Platform. You will help transform intricate workflows into thoughtful accessible interfaces used by enterprise teams worldwide.Youll gain exposure to real-world design processes industry best practices and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced supportive environment that celebrates curiosity problem-solving and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product designers product managers and engineers to design intuitive workflows and interfaces for enterprise SaaS productsContribute to user research efforts including synthesizing insights and turning them into actionable design recommendationsCreate low- to high-fidelity wireframes prototypes and interaction designs using industry toolsHelp shape and maintain our design system ensuring consistent and accessible experiences across productsPresent design concepts and rationale to cross-functional partnersParticipate in Agile rituals alongside product and engineering teamsLearn about UX strategy user research design systems enterprise product design and the identity security domainRequirementsDemonstrated experience in UX/UI product design interaction design or a related disciplineProficiency with modern design/prototyping tools (e.g. Figma Sketch or similar)Understanding of user-centered design principles information architecture and interaction patternsStrong problem-solving skills and an eye for visual detailAbility to communicate design decisions clearlyA portfolio (academic personal or professional) showcasing design thinking and processCurrently a rising sophomore through senior or a graduate-level student pursuing a degree in HCI Design Informatics CS or a related fieldEducationCollege students from rising sophomores to seniors as well as Masters students are encouraged to apply.SailPoint is an equal opportunity employer.
