Responsibilities:Lead planning, development, and implementation of new digital product features.Analyze markets, define detailed product requirements, and develop implementation plans.Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis to improve user experience and product performance.Looking for someone that that can translate technical items into business terms. Then turn around and represent that to the stakeholders in a business friendly wayAct as the primary point of contact for production issues, ensuring clear and consistent communication among stakeholders.Monitor, triage, and prioritize incoming tickets based on severity and business impact.Investigate root causes, document actions taken, and maintain accurate ticket records.Strong collaboration with technology partners on triaging and resolution of production issues.Escalate critical incidents promptly with appropriate documentation.Provide functional guidance to end users and proactively communicate resolution status.Stakeholder EngagementPartner with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues quickly.Support and drive escalations where required to enable rapid delivery.Participate in business planning and departmental prioritization activities.Knowledge Management & Continuous ImprovementCreate and maintain updated knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.Provide feedback to product and development teams on system issues and pain points.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices that enhance client experience.Coach digital product teams on learnings and ensure effective communication and outreach.Strategic Product LeadershipDefine and execute the digital product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and client experience goals.
