Product Manager - Chat at Skill

Overview Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $60 Hourly $55-$60 hr W2 + benefits + matching 401K Start Date: ASAP Our leading financial client is seeking a strong Product Manager - Chat to join its team on a hybrid basis in Dallas (2x week on site).What You'll Do:Coordinate with development tech teams via daily standups to groom JIRA stories and tasks associated with new features owned by teamCollaborate across other product managers and squads to define requirements and development timelines for new functions, tools, capabilities and featuresOwn and drive product roadmap for a given domain to meet business goals, and achieve key performance indicatorsBe the go-to person for questions about the product and the intent of requirements; interact with engineering teams continuously throughout the sprintPrioritize the product backlog, using domain expertise, customer insights and market research to make informed trade-offs between new feature development, platform investment and optimizationsCoordinate with 3rd party vendors when necessaryManage the identification and resolution of bugs with new feature releasesProvide detailed reporting and managerial support to Program OfficeWhat You Bring:3-6 years of Product management in an Agile environment, including familiarity with the overall Agile methodologyProficient in Jira or any other project management tools for Agile teamsHigh-level technical knowledge related to the implementation of digital productsExperience/familiarity with Chat, Case and CRM applicationsExperience/familiarity with consumer banking products (Credit Card, Checking, Savings, CD, etc.)
