POS-11255Product Manager EditorsWere looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of HubSpots content editing experience. Our editors today are difficult to use and complex to extend. Were working to make them simpler more scalable and more intuitive for marketers. This role sits at the heart of that challenge turning a fragmented system into a cohesive extensible platform that teams across HubSpot and our customers can build on with confidence.As the PM for Editor Extensions youll define the systems and interaction patterns that make editing in HubSpot consistent collaborative and flexible. Youll work closely with engineers designers and other product teams to improve core experiences like inline editing contextual controls in-app hooks for AI editing commenting and personalization while building a framework that supports modern content creation.In this role youll get to:Create a shared vision and cohesive roadmap for the future of frameworks and extension points that power editing across HubSpots content tools. You will be a critical member of the Product Triad - our system for building products collaboratively and strategically.Drive alignment set goals build understanding and motivate others including cross-functional partners across the companyGuide new product ideas from initial concept all the way through launchUnderstand our customers and their journey through the product by engaging with them directly and often. Use customer insights and data to identify pain points and guide iterative improvements to core editing interactions.Use data to identify opportunities to improve our customers experience devise strategy to execute your ideas and partner with business stakeholders across HubSpot to make solutions that help our customers growShape the future of inline editing and contextual controls creating fast intuitive ways for marketers to edit directly on the page.Partner with design and engineering to develop scalable systems for collaboration commenting and content configuration.Work with other HubSpot teams to ensure the editor platform is extensible reliable and easy to build on.We are looking for people who have:3 years of experience launching products successfully to customersRemote friendly NAM east coast timezoneA multidisciplinary approach to thinking combining market business and technical insights to identify opportunities and weigh tradeoffsThe ability to articulate product vision to a variety of audiencesA deep respect for the expertise and insights of their collaborators including engineering design UX research analytics and othersA drive to understand customer needs deeply and truly solving for their problemsExcellent communication influencing and interpersonal problem-solving skills.
