Job Description

Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Product Manager to join their team! This position is located in Glendale, California. Duties:Build and maintain effective working relationships with business partners, technology teams, and operational departmentsServe as a liaison between stakeholders and product teams to ensure alignment on goals and prioritiesManage the intake of new business requests, ensuring clarity of requirements and alignment with strategic objectivesFacilitate the prioritization of work by collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging business optimization toolsMaintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring transparency and alignment with business needsManage time and resources to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality solutionsSupport daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies to drive progress and remove roadblocksCreate, update, and track Jira tickets for content updates, new features, enhancements, and bug fixesEnsure tickets are well-documented, actionable, and aligned with established templates and acceptance criteriaDraft clear user stories for backlog review, ensuring requirements are ready for prioritization and developmentSupport the delivery of digital solutions by leveraging established templates and best practicesCollaborate with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure solutions meet business and user needsMonitor product performance and recommend enhancements based on data and feedbackDesired Skills/Experience:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience2+ years of professional experience in digital product management or a related fieldExperience with work intake, backlog management, and agile tools such as: Jira and ConfluenceStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create clear documentation and presentationsDemonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate across teamsStrong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisionsAbility to work with content management systems, data configuration, and triage work output from those systemsBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $40.00 and $57.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
