Were revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. We are looking for an energetic and driven product manager to join our growing Product and Innovation group which is responsible for software and hardware products and services that expand and enhance the capabilities of the FreeStyle Libre platform the worlds #1 continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) solution.This is a fully on-site role in our main Alameda CA site OR you can choose to work from our MilpitasCA office as well.What youll work onUse insights to help identify new product opportunitiesIdentify and prioritize unmet user needs and translate them into product requirementsCollaborate with product designers to define the complete user experiencePlan and execute design research and user testingCollaborate with software engineering to implement and test new features and/or productsCollaborate with product marketing to produce promotional and/or educational contentSupport on-market activities in collaboration with Commercial teamsAnalyze global market trends consumer behaviors regulatory environments and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and strengthen Abbotts leadership in digital diabetes management.Maintain and advance the product roadmapRequired QualificationsBachelors degree with 5 years experienceExperience building and shipping software and/or hardware productsExperience working in highly cross-functional organizationsPreferred QualificationsStrong presentation and communication skills proactive and resourceful with a can do attitudeAble to think openly broadly and strategicallyStrong analytical skills able to draw conclusions from dataEnjoys responding quickly and influencing people to deliverSound time management skills ensuring that work is produced to agreed deadlines and high standardsHighly organized focused and committed to achieving goalsThrives under pressure with tight deadlines on several initiatives simultaneouslyUnderstanding of delivering products in a regulated environmentPrevious experience working in health and wellness is a plusLearn more about our benefits that add real value to your life to help you live fully:Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that provides the growth and strength to build your future.
