Healthcare Industry Knowledge & Regulatory AcumenFamiliarity with clinical workflows and terminologyAbility to navigate clinical frameworks and translate to product requirementsAwareness of patient safety and data privacy concerns (PHI)Maintains general understanding of HIPAA and other compliance standards5. Cross-Functional Leadership & CommunicationServes as the bridge between engineering design clinical experts and business teams.Leads cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle including refinement and launchCommunicates clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholdersAlign diverse teams around shared goals and manage expectations effectivelyRequired Qualifications:Education & ExperienceBachelors degreein: Computer Science Business Administration Health Informatics Engineering Life Sciences or related field35 yearsin product management ideally within SaaS and/or healthcare technology.Proven track record of launching and iteratively improving digital products.Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams (engineering design clinical compliance).Experience working in agile environments and managing product backlogs including systems like JIRA or Azure DevOps.Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g. Google Analtyics Gainsight etc).Ability to interpret healthcare data and use it to inform product strategy.Experience working with legal or compliance teams during product development.Other Preferred Knowledge Skills Abilities or Certifications:Familiarity with EHR systems clinical workflows or health data standards (e.g. HL7 FHIR).Exposure to HIPAA GDPR or other healthcare-related compliance frameworks.Masters degreeor certifications in: Product Management (e.g. Pragmatic Institute General Assembly)Healthcare Administration or Public HealthMBA with a focus on technology or healthcareCertifications likeCertified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)orPMI-ACPRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Time Management,Data Analytics,Analytical,Agile,Requirement Gathering,Strategic thinking,Visio,Communication,Problem Solving,Market Research,UML,Cross Functional Teams Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
