Job Title: Product Manager Retail Store Operations Location: Atlanta GA Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in retail store operations. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and technology teams driving the development and delivery of solutions that enhance store efficiency customer experience and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between store operations teams and technology teams. Gather analyze and document business requirements related to store systems workflows and processes. Define and manage the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog to align with business goals and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering UX and QA to deliver high-impact solutions. Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements for store operations. Facilitate workshops stakeholder meetings and product demos. Drive timely delivery of features and enhancements using Agile methodologies. Monitor KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performance and adoption. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the retail domain with a focus on store operations. Strong understanding of store workflows POS systems inventory handling and customer service processes. Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication stakeholder management and documentation skills. Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements. Experience with tools like JIRA Confluence Visio and wireframing tools.
