The Product Manager Safety will own the long-term vision strategy and performance of the product line ensuring customer impact market differentiation and strong P&L alignment.How Youll Spend Your TimeLead end-to-end product lifecycle management to maximize commercial performance and market impactBuild and maintain the product roadmap to deliver short- and long-term business objectivesCommunicate strategy and vision to internal and external stakeholders at all levelsDefine and execute compelling product strategies to drive customer adoption revenue and marginManage product risks and issues to ensure successful delivery and market outcomesWhat Kind of Things Were Most Interested in You HavingProven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a SaaS company ideally within the healthcare sectorSuccess in creating and executing product strategies that deliver measurable commercial outcomesFoundational knowledge ofAha! and Azure DevOps (ADO)Superb communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levelsIn-depth knowledge of product lifecycle management and agile development practicesAbility to commute to travel within the US approximately once per quarterA knack for working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced innovation-driven environmentBy enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness we empower our team to do and be their best.
