Salesforce Data 360 is building the next generation of AI-powered enterprise experiences that allow employees to ask questions, discover insights, and take action across their company's data and systems.

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead key capabilities behind AI agents and enterprise search built Salesforce Data 360.

This role is ideal for a technical, builder-oriented PM who enjoys rapidly prototyping ideas, experimenting with AI systems, and vibe coding solutions to validate product concepts before they are built at scale.

You will own a significant product area of these AI agents and work across engineering, design, AI research teams across Data 360 and Agentforce teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly prototype and experiment with AI Agents to validate product ideas before scaling them with engineering.
  • Translate customer needs and industry trends into clear product hypotheses and platform capabilities.
  • Define clear epics and requirements that enable teams to deliver high-impact features.
  • Partner across engineering, design, research, and multiple Salesforce clouds to drive cross-platform initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in consume
  • Strong technical fluency across AI Agents and Search Systems
  • Ability to prototype ideas and experiment with AI tools.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-team initiatives and influence stakeholders.
  • Track record of delivering high-impact product capabilities at scale.
