Were just getting started on our growth trajectory - Be a part of transforming banking with us.About the roleWe are seeking a Product Manager to join our Savings and Deposits team to define lead and deliver key aspects of our payments roadmap Your objective will be to rapidly expand our payments capabilities to meet core customer needs.Were looking for an individual with the skill to converge customer and business needs through deep understanding of payment rail capabilities and user experience. Our goal is to go beyond the utility needs of payments to delight our customers with money movement that is fast frictionless intelligent and transparent. This role will be responsible for initiatives end to end from performing customer and market research to designing the product to developing and implementing the products and measuring the results and identifying opportunities to iterate. What youll be doingCreate and drive epics and user stories in support of state of the art money movement and deposit capabilitiesEstablish thought leadership in payments experiencesManage product performance focusing on customer needs driving growth and controlling costsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering data science design marketing etc.) to build and run solutionsDevelop and present detailed product deliverables to cross functional stakeholders and executivesStay updated on industry trends and best practicesRemove team obstacles and champion payments initiatives across VaroYoull bring the following required skills and experiences5 years of related work experience with 3 years in Product ManagementExperience in payments banking and/or fintechFamiliarity with UX paradigms and best practicesA measurement mindset - you know when to launch with holdouts A/B tests or multi-armed bandits; you cant wait to evaluate results and recommend next stepsA bias towards action - youll find a way to get the insights you need to help inform your decision makingAbility to distill complex information into clear and succinct strategy documents and actionable PRDs to sell your visionTechnical proficiency to collaborate with engineers to develop technical architecture of products youll be building$120000 - $160000 a yearFor cash compensation we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function level and geographic location benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Per applicable law the salary range for this role is $120000 - $160000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors as well as candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the identified range.This role is also eligible for a bonus equity and competitive benefits.We recognize not everyone will have all of these requirements.
