DescriptionThe Card Pricing Product Manager will contribute to the way we manage the disclosed credit card terms on a customers account by partnering with cross-functional teams to build and refine pricing capabilities that influence the customer experience and support strategic business initiatives. This position sits within the Marketing Growth & Innovation organization of Card Services a key business within Chases Consumer & Community Banking group.As a Product Manager in Card Pricing you will have accountability of delivering across the full product lifecycle and be responsible for leading and executing on key initiatives. This will be achieved by collaborating across teams within the Credit Card organization to understand business requirements defining the requirements in partnership with software engineers and other functional teams and then driving them through build test and deployment. This individual will also help direct the products backlog prioritization and ensure proper documentation for a strong control environment.Job ResponsibilitiesPartner across various teams in the Card and Connected Commerce organizations to drive an understanding of problem statements use cases and business requirementsExercise strong analytical and problem-solving skills to get deep into customer journeys and product impacts as well as manage competing prioritiesManage prioritize and deliver multiple epics and user stories simultaneouslyPartner and collaborate across functional teams (e.g. product tech data and design) for successful and timely project executionProvide managerial oversight and support to other product team membersCommunicate (both verbal and written) technical and non-technical updates to executives via decks and reportsPromote a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control procedure and process expectations while appropriately delivering whats best for the customerPartner across product and technology to create test plans for developed capabilities with an automation mindsetRequired qualifications capabilities and skills8 years of product work experience in product development or related fieldDemonstrated ability to collaborate with functional areas to drive successful and timely project executionProven ability to operate within Agile methodologyExpertise in agile processes and principles; experience with modern technology stacks including cloud big data microservices APIs etc.Experience influencing others directly or indirectly in a fast-paced collaborative and cross-functional environmentDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Pivot Tables)Experience in fintech or financial services industryRequired Experience:Exec Key Skills Change Management,Financial Services,Growing Experience,Managed Care,Management Experience,Analysis Skills,Senior Leadership,Performance Management,Process Management,Leadership Experience,negotiation,Analytics Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
