Product Manager For Workspaces

As the Product Manager for Workspaces you will define how large customers adopt, scale, and succeed with Notion. You will own a large and critical slice of Notion's "system of record" future: defining how teams setup and evolve their Notion Workspace as AI agents become everyday collaborators across people, content, and workflows.

You will be responsible for building the primitives, deployment, and maintenance features to enable organizations to seamlessly organize their people, context and agents best for their workflows.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with design, engineering, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to build enterprise-ready features that meet the unique needs of larger organizations. You'll engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and ensure Notion remains a flexible, trusted solution at scale. As an internal advocate for customers scaling their workspace content, you'll ensure their needs shape key product decisions across the company. This is a mission-critical role as Notion continues to solidify its position as a system of record for humans and agents.

Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $180,000 - $250,000 per year.
