This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration and is site-flexible, with the option to be based in either Chaska, MN or Billerica, MA.What You'll DoTrack and report on leads from third party providers (AZO, Labcompare)Monitor new contact entry into HubSpotReport on legacy HubSpot contacts not assigned to a userWork with marketing to assign legacy contacts to new usersForward new HubSpot contacts to SCPsCompare HubSpot SQL entry into OMS systemSupport tracking in OMS (e.g. Opportunities through lifecycle, Won / Lost)Lead branding changes for all products and documentation (to Entegris standard)Support marketing campaign work (digital and other creative content)Researching trends and competitor activityGathering data on competitors, customer preferences, and industry trendsDevelop a standard report template for our demo results (facing to customers)Other marketing similar projects as priorities dictateWhat We SeekMinimum of Junior year completed toward bachelor's programExperience creating or updating product literature, branding and other similar marketing contentUnderstanding of the marketing and sales lead process (e.g. Hubspot or Salesforce, or similar tool)Ability to mine data, effectively track and update information from electronic sourcesDesired Major(s) & Graduation YearBS, Marketing or Marketing CommunicationsBA, CommunicationsBBA with concentration in MarketingBS, Digital MediaGraduation date of Spring 2026 or 2027EligibilityMust be a currently enrolled studentAvailable to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June.Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op programPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to sit at desk for extended periods, extended time using laptop computer, periods of 1-2 hours on conference / video callsWhy Work at EntegrisLead.
