If you already have a Candidate Account please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Tool Strategy & Design: Lead the strategy and design of the value tools to support cloud economics and business case analyses ensuring it meets customer partners and sales needs.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Orchestrate input from multiple product teams sales leadership and development teams to align on roadmap priorities and tool enhancements.Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate regular design reviews and provide customer delivery support to ensure the tool effectively drives success and meets field requirements.Requirements:Bachelors Degree and 12 years related work experience preferably in a matrixed organizationStrong communication and influence management skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teamsProven experience in developing and executing global enablement strategies (enablement experience preferred)Demonstrated ability to codify and implement best practices that measure results and drives customer successThis role is Broadcom office basednot available for remote workAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is$106900 - $190000.This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.Broadcom offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package: Medical dental and vision plans 401(K) participation including company matching Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) company paid holidays paid sick leave and vacation time.
