Product Operations Analyst (Bilingual Korean/English)

Hyundai L&C USA LLC is a leading supplier of premium Quartz and Solid Surface materials for kitchen and bath countertops. Our HanStone Quartz brand is recognized across North America for quality, innovation, and design.

Hyundai L&C USA is seeking a bilingual Product Operations Analyst to support product management, inventory planning, and operational coordination for HanStone Quartz products.

This role works closely with product management, sales teams, logistics partners, and global headquarters to ensure product availability, efficient supply chain operations, and accurate market analysis. The position will also coordinate product samples, track inventory performance, and assist leadership with insights related to pricing, demand, and regional sales trends.

This position offers exposure to product management, supply chain operations, and global business coordination within a growing international organization.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Inventory Management

  • Monitor HanStone inventory levels across distribution centers and identify demand trends.
  • Support production planning and inventory allocation to ensure stable product supply.
  • Track aging inventory and assist with strategies to reduce excess or slow-moving stock.
  • Maintain product certifications, technical specifications, and related documentation.
  • Support the launch and development of new HanStone Quartz products.

Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate product distribution based on production and operational schedules.
  • Analyze logistics costs and identify opportunities to improve service and operational efficiency.
  • Support export order processes for OEM and Korea-sourced materials.
  • Assist with order fulfillment processes including invoicing and cut-to-size operations.

Sales & Market Analysis

  • Assist Product Management and Sales leadership with regional sales analysis including market share, pricing trends, and sales performance.
  • Evaluate business performance by region, customer segment, and application.
  • Support pricing strategy and monitor discount management across sales channels.

Sample & Product Distribution

  • Manage and fulfill product sample requests from internal teams, distributors, and customers.
  • Maintain inventory of product samples, display sets, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate fabrication and replenishment for low sample inventory.
  • Manage shipping logistics including label creation, tracking, and delivery coordination.
  • Monitor shipping expenses and assist with related budget tracking.

Vendor & Administrative Support

  • Process purchase orders and vendor payments related to fabrication, freight, printing, and display materials.
  • Coordinate with marketing vendors and fulfillment partners for product distribution.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, requests, and inventory activity.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support cross-functional projects related to product operations and supply chain management.
  • Provide operational insights to help improve efficiency and performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience

03 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Product operations
  • Supply chain or logistics
  • Inventory management
  • Business or market analysis
  • Marketing or sales operations coordination

Skills & Competencies

  • Fluent in Korean and English (required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic budgeting or accounting knowledge preferred

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 60lbs as needed when handling product samples or display materials.

Travel

Occasional travel to regional sales locations may be required.
