We are seeking a technically strong Product Owner to help drive the evolution of our public and private credit capabilities across our asset management software suite.Role OverviewAs a Product Owner you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Broadridges investment technology. Partnering closely with the Head of Product you will influence how clients leverage our platform to streamline investment workflowsfrom research and order management to portfolio management accounting and data & analytics.You will collaborate cross-functionally with clients engineering UX/UI design QA client services and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions that enhance productivity reduce operational risk and improve efficiency across the investment lifecycle.In this role you will serve as a highly proficient member of the product team bridging the gap between Product Management and Engineering.ResponsibilitiesPartner with product leadership to shape and execute product strategy and roadmapMaintain a pulse on industry market and technology trends to identify opportunities for innovation and client valueOwn the delivery of new features and workflows across Broadridges credit investment suite including syndicated loans private debt and CLO managementServe as the embedded Product Owner within agile squads driving sprint planning backlog grooming and executionCollaborate with engineering to design scalable reusable solutionsAuthor clear actionable epics user stories and non-functional requirements (NFRs) using best practices (INVEST MVP steel threads)Oversee end-to-end release processes ensuring timely high-quality deployments across environmentsConduct hands-on testing document issues and uphold product quality standardsChampion continuous improvement and operational excellence across the product lifecycleProvide adaptable support across client demos product documentation and business analysisExperience gathering customer input directly via user interview client forums or other discovery activitiesYour Profile5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in financial technologyUnderstanding of private equity or private credit operations accounting or fund structuresBachelors degree in finance computer science technology or a related fieldProven ability to translate complex business needs into detailed product requirementsFamiliarity with Broadridge SentryPM is a strong plus or other Syndicated Loan Private Credit or CLO investment systemsExperience working in agile scrum environments with globally distributed teamsSelf-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingProficiency in modern product development methodologies; roadmap sprint planning and backlog managementSkilled in Microsoft Office Jira Confluence; SQL experience is a plusExcellent communication leadership and problem-solving abilitiesbuild consensus.Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $130000.00-$150000.00.
