Focused on operational readiness regulatory alignment and execution of product initiatives. This role maintains a close partnership with the Americas Product Development team to ensure seamless transition from product design to implementation enabling efficient and scalable product delivery.Responsibilities of the role:Support the operational implementation of new products and changesCoordinate cross-functional project teams including Product Development to ensure timely and accurate execution of product initiativesServe as a subject matter expert on operational and regulatory requirementsDevelop and maintain project plans and communication frameworksPartner with legal compliance and operations on documentation and filingsAssist in recurring product reviews and operational enhancementsApply a consultative approach to process improvementUtilize AI tools to streamline workflows and improve deliveryRequirements of the role:Expertise in third-party custodian operations (fund administration digital asset custody staking) with strong knowledge of workflows compliance and platform integrationSolid understanding of investment vehicles: ETFs SMAs private markets and digital assetsProven experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagementFamiliarity with fund governance regulatory filings tax considerations and product-related regulatory frameworksExposure to AI-driven tools and automation platformsStrong organizational project management and problem-solving skills; consultative mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management applications; analytical team playerEducation: Bachelors degree required (business/finance preferred); MBA or project management certification a plusThe salary range for this position in Illinois is $110000 to $130000/ year.
