As a core leader you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground you guide the successful launch of products gather crucial feedback and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability resiliency and stability you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.Job responsibilitiesDevelops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns maintains and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the products key success metrics such as cost feature and functionality risk posture and reliabilityWrites the requirements epics and user stories to support product developmentServe as a single point of ownership for an experience or workflow leading the product development lifecycle from discovery and design through implementation coordinating and delivering new epics features and writing requirementsUtilize in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and utilize architects to optimize Employee Help solutions staying abreast of new features and best practices; drive product innovation be exploring new ideas and opportunities to enhance the base product and meet evolving customer needsSupport a strong risk controls & conduct framework and a security-by-design product mindsetPartner with area and functional product owners servicing leads content teams and business representatives across the Employee Help Product domains to inform and deliver expected business outcomesDefine and track metrics (OKRs) to measure product successRequired qualifications capabilities and skills5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle design and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery ideation strategic development requirements definition and value managementDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyCross-functional partnership and collaboration skills Comfort building and maintaining strong relationships with a broad set of product and functional partnersStakeholder management - Comfort with managing stakeholder relationships while standing up for product integrity and user experienceOrganizational and management skills Strong attention-to-detail independent self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
