(LMC) headquartered in Richland Mississippi is a family-owned and operated heavy equipment dealer with over 60 years experience providing quality products service and parts support throughout MS AL LA FL and TX.LMC currently is looking for a Product Support Sales Representative in our Gulfport MS location to bring unmatched service and parts support for new and existing customers through their exceptional performance backed by our devoted Lyle dependability!Duties: Proactively sell parts and service using a consultative approach with customers to identify and manage customer equipment needs Prepare customer agreements and quotes for repairs and present to customers Effectively communicate with Sales Service and Parts to ensure customer satisfaction Provide product support to customers regarding parts service and preventative maintenance. Develop effective methods to maintain and enhance customer relations and perform dispute resolutions within the scope of LMCs Mission Statement in a professional and timely manner Work closely with Parts and Service Departments to efficiently and proficiently complete work orders Review work orders for accuracy and assist in management of parts labor and other repair charges Maintain up to date knowledge of new products and developments relevant to the equipment and customer trends Maintain LMCs competitive advantage by appropriately managing the customers needs Other work-related functions as assigned by managementRequirements High School diploma/GED required 2 years of sales experience in related industries Clean MVR (driving) record Self-starter that takes initiative to start and complete tasks Exceptional customer service and communication skills both written and verbal Strong computer skills Planning and organizational skillsPreferred Experience: Equipment/mechanical knowledge 2 to 5 years parts/sales experienceBenefits: Competitive compensation Commission 401(K) PSP Vacation Medical insurance package Accidental & Disability insurance and MORE!*This job description outlines specific duties that are expected for the position however it is not intended to cover every aspect of the position nor is it in any way to be interpreted or construed as a contract of employment.
