Yourexpertisewill help shape the future of payments through value-added services and innovative product adoptionJob ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own solutions for payment optimization products across Merchant Services driving success across product development go-to-market pricing and salesCollaborate with product and customer teams to design andmaintaincustomer journeys and client personas informed by a deep understanding of client needs and behaviorsStay current on evolving client needs and market trends to inform solution development continuously recommending and developingnew solutionsacross the payment stackInfluence the product development cycle and partner across product technology and architecture teams to drive successful product launchesCreate organization-wide alignment and excitement around solution strategies and successTake responsibility for solution success driving go-to-market teams to execute your vision and base their motions on your product strategiesDrive adoption of optimization products and services including Fraud Vaulting Authentication and Orchestration/RoutingOwn P&L responsibilities and drive business outcomes for solution areas ensuringappropriate successmeasures OKRs and KPIs are set and achievedRequired Qualifications Skills and CapabilitiesDemonstrate5 years of experience or equivalent in the payments industry withexpertisein optimization-related productsIllustrate a strong understanding of value levers in payments including authorization rates conversion rates fraud and payment network economicsExhibitsignificant experiencewithin or interacting with product technology and architecture in the payments space with a strong grasp of the product development process and tools (e.g. JIRA)Strong understanding ofarchitecture and the ability to design and illustrate product interoperability across systemsLead initiatives across multiple stakeholders including product sales and pricingDevelop exemplary presentations for various levels of leadershipPreferred Qualifications Skills and CapabilitiesDemonstrate experience developing customer journeys personas and requirementsExhibit experience working directly with customers including gathering feedback and conducting needs assessments; consulting experience is a plusIllustrate understanding of data environments including the ability to build or convey query requirementsShow comfort with P&L ownership setting businessobjectives and driving outcomes includingbuildingand running sales campaignsDemonstrateexpertisein developing and launching new products in the payments spaceFEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT:This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
