Production 1st Shift

Our client, an industrial safety solutions provider, is seeking a Production 1st shift to join their team. As a Production 1st shift, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting assembly and production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: BROOMFIELD, CO

Pay Range: $20.00-$22.00

Shift: 5:15AM - 3:45PM, Monday through Thursday

What's the Job?

• Perform daily production and assembly tasks to support manufacturing processes
• Operate presses and machinery involved in reaction injection molding
• Trim excess flash from molded parts and conduct quality checks on each piece
• Assemble parts, mold, and de-mold products efficiently and accurately
• Cross-train team members to learn multiple functions and support team growth

What's Needed?

• Ability to sit or stand in a stationary position for approximately 75% of the workday
• Capability to move within the warehouse, including occasional use of stairs
• Proficiency in using fingers/hands for assembly of small parts and tools
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and vendors
• Physical strength to lift, carry, or move supplies and products over 35 pounds
