The anticipated start date for this role will align with that timeline***SUMMARYColliers is seeking our next Commercial Real Estate Production Analyst. Located in our Minneapolis MN office. This individual will be responsible for analyzing financial and supporting documents underwriting financial models and recommending structured debt and equity financing to clients after their analysis.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and produce financing packages including underwriting: pro-forma and cash flow modelsAnalyze financial transaction information including operating statements and net worth statements to determine appropriate loan size terms and pricingManage due diligence checklists and work closely with lenders borrowers attorneys and third party vendors to facilitate the closing process for debt and equity transactionsAssist in the preparation of high quality marketing materials for deal offering memorandums including writing executive summaries and market analysisAssist in the loan closing process which can include site visits due diligence collection timeline trackingEvaluate economic trends and research real estate market dataReview various reports including appraisals environmental documentation and engineering reports to determine compliance with investor requirementsEffectively communicate with capital providers and maintain databaseOther duties as assignedREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelors Degree obtained no later than May 2026 requiredFoundational understanding of Commercial Real Estate financing/development gained through successful completion of Real Estate focused coursework internships extracurricular activities or professional experience preferredFamiliarity with the primary commercial real estate property types including but not limited to multifamily office retail industrial and hospitalityExceptional written and verbal communication skills requiredIntermediate Microsoft Office skills required advanced financial and data manipulation functions in Microsoft Excel preferredAbility to review and analyze complex financial documentsBroad intellectual curiosity including the ability and desire to grow professionallyJOB EXPECTATIONSOccasional domestic travel is required for this positionRegular and reliable attendance requiredCOMPENSATIONPursuant to the laws regarding job postings where the position is located in Colliers is disclosing the following information: Area/Location Specific: Minneapolis MNApproximate Salary Range for this Role: $70000 - $75000.This role is also eligible for discretionary bonus.Our hourly ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
