Were looking for a person responsible for measuring all critical business aspects related to the assigned team while clearly communicating information to plant leadership.What Youll Do1. Manage all aspects of assigned area including but not limited to projects production costs scheduling shipping receiving and quality. Ensure on-time delivery of the product within budget and meeting or exceeding customer expectations.2. Drive root cause problem solving to address vendor supplier and customer issues concerning quality and delivery.3. Lead the development and implementation of lean principles and continuous improvement projects to improve cost quality and safety standards for assigned area.4. Ensure safety and accountability of team members in assigned area. Ensure execution of countermeasures to meet Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Scorecard requirements.5. Manage required documentation to meet Vermeer internal and external regulations.6. Encourage team member development and engagement. Create an environment for team members to learn and grow.What Were Looking For- Bachelors degree with minimum one year manufacturing experience or minimum five years experience in manufacturing.- Continuous improvement experience preferred.
