Were looking for a Production Artist who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment to support our screenprint production floor. This onsite role is based at our Detroit Lakes MN location and plays a key part in ensuring quality accuracy and alignment across thousands of vibrant adventure-inspired products.Youll work hands-on with Adobe Illustrator troubleshoot issues and help organize digital files to meet our design standards. Join us and be part of a company that values teamwork innovation and making work enjoyable every day!JOB FUNCTIONS Support Problem-Solve CollaborateReview and prep artwork to meet screenprint standards using Adobe IllustratorIdentify screens that are missing or damaged and coordinate reburns as neededUpdate designs and communicate production errors for continuous improvementCollaborate with leads and production teams to maintain high-quality outputTrack and record inconsistencies to enhance Production Artist file readinessSupport daily workflow tasks including DTS sending namedrop edits and art proofsFlex daily workload based on production schedule and department needsSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Tech-Savvy Adaptable Team-Oriented2- or 4-year Graphic Design degree requiredProficient in Adobe Illustrator and strong with computer-based tasksDetail oriented with the ability to manage multiple interruptionsClear communicator with solid time management skillsSelf-starter who enjoys collaborating and working cross-functionallyMust be reliable flexible and Comfortable working onsite in a production setting with temperature variation and interruptionsWHY LAKESHIRTS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO BE.
