What You'll Do
Work safely every day, consistently using required Personal Protective Equipment and following all safety policies and procedures.Adhere to quality standards to ensure every product meets company expectations.Inspect and identify defects, reporting or addressing issues to maintain product excellence.Meet established performance standards for your assigned workstation or operation.Perform assembly tasks using tools such as drills, saws, welders, routers, and other production equipment.Follow verbal and written instructions accurately and efficiently.Read and interpret production paperwork, labels, and computer-based work instructions.Use a tape measure and perform basic fraction to decimal conversions.Operate equipment as required to complete assigned tasks.Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift.Maintain reliable attendance and work overtime when needed to support production demand.Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and production goals.What You Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent required.Ability to meet daily expectations and complete tasks within established task times.Basic reading, writing, and math skills essential for documentation and measurements.Strong manual dexterity and comfort working with tools and machinery.The ability to work well with others, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive team environment.Problem solving skills and the ability to work independently with or without detailed instructions.Ability to stand and perform repetitive motion for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs. at times.What We Offer
