Milgard Windows & Doors (MITER Brands) - Tualatin, OR

$ + $ swing shift differential
Swing Shift Monday-Friday 3:30 PM start time
Work until the work is done Mandatory overtime as required

️ What You'll Do

Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE

️ Communicate effectively and contribute to a team focused environment

Read and interpret production orders (material type, size, color)

️ Operate chop saws and industrial fabrication equipment (saws, punches, drills, routers)

Use pneumatic hand tools for assembly and fabrication

Assemble and install insulated glass panels into sash and/or frame

️ Install and attach hardware components

Inspect work in process and finished units for quality standards

Package, wrap, and stack completed units for shipment

Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement activities

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and production orders

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals)

Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16 inch

Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and remain physically active throughout the shift

Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Strong team mindset with reliable attendance

Commitment to safety, quality, and production goals

Problem solving mindset

️ Previous manufacturing or team assembly experience is a plus
