Production Worker - Vinyl Insert

Milgard Windows & Doors (A MITER Brand)
Fife, WA

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay: $22/hour

Position Overview

Milgard Windows & Doors is seeking a detail oriented Production Worker to join our Vinyl Insert team in Fife, WA. This role involves repetitive, hands on work inserting vinyl components into window lineals, with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and meeting production goals.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on work, values quality, and can stay focused in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Insert vinyl components into lineals at a designated workstation
  • Ensure proper fit, alignment, and placement of all parts
  • Inspect materials for defects and separate nonconforming parts
  • Meet daily production targets and maintain consistent output
  • Operate a Combilift (multi directional forklift) to move raw materials and finished goods
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

    • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Forklift or Combilift experience preferred
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Good hand eye coordination and focus
  • Reliable and able to work independently within a team environment

    • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 30-40 lbs
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, repetitive production setting

    • Work Environment

  • Manufacturing environment with moderate noise and temperature variation
  • PPE required at all times
