Location: Clovis, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM start

  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • ️ Communicate effectively and contribute to a team-oriented environment
  • Read and interpret production orders (materials, sizes, specifications)
  • ️ Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, punches, drills, and routers
  • Use pneumatic hand tools for assembly and fabrication tasks
  • Assemble window components, including installing insulated glass and frames
  • ️ Install and secure hardware components
  • Inspect work-in-process and finished units to ensure quality standards
  • Package, wrap, and prepare completed products for shipment
  • Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

  • Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and production orders
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals)
  • Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16-inch accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Strong attendance, reliability, and a team-first mindset
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and production goals
  • Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn
  • ️ Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Customer-focused attitude and pride in producing quality work
