Youll help keep production running smoothly by operating equipment, performing quality checks, packaging products, and keeping your work area organized.What Youll DoAssist with daily production tasks including inspection, packaging, and material handlingOperate machinery safely and follow all established proceduresWrap, stack, label, and prepare products for shipmentUse pallet jacks and side-wrappers to move productKeep your work area clean and organizedOperate recycling equipment (pre-breakers, re-grinders) for EPS materialsFollow all safety and quality guidelinesMaintain reliable attendance and a strong work ethicTake on other duties as neededWhat Were Looking ForHigh school diploma/GED preferred but not requiredPrevious manufacturing experience is helpful but not required we will trainAbility to communicate clearly and follow instructionsBasic math skills and ability to use simple measuring toolsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, climb, and reach throughout the shiftAble to lift up to 50 lbs as neededComfortable working around machines and changing temperaturesThis is a long term, temp to hire position.
