Urgently Hiring General Production Workers with Renowned Manufacturer in Pueblo, CO

Pay: $22.00 $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

1. Day Shift: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM
2. Night Shift: 6:00 PM 6:30 AM
3. Rotating Schedule: 2?2?3 (every other weekend off)

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated General Production Workers to support fabrication and welding operations in a fast?paced, hands?on industrial environment. This is an entry?level opportunity ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, take pride in their work, and are comfortable performing physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Prepare materials through sanding, grinding, and layout work
• Assist the welding team and learn proper operation of welding equipment
• Perform tack welding, fabrication support, material prep, and basic inspections
• Maintain tools and equipment and restock production consumables as needed

Requirements

• Prior general labor or production experience
• Ability to safely use hand tools and work around industrial machinery
• Comfortable working in an indoor/outdoor industrial setting
• Reliable, safety?minded, and able to perform physical work
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn

Nice to Have

• Welding, grinding, or fabrication experience
• Construction, manufacturing, or inspection background

Work Environment

This position is based in a heavy?fabrication, industrial environment similar to a construction site. Employees must be comfortable working in both hot and cold conditions and around large equipment.

This is a Contract position based out of Fountain, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
