What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping our production lines running smoothly:

  • Operate and monitor machinery used in carpet production
  • Load and unload materials into ovens and stamping machines
  • Rotate between different stations and production lines
  • Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality standards
  • Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods (810 hours per shift)
  • Ability to lift 4050 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience
  • Experience with production lines, machine operation, hand tools, or inspection

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Large, climate-controlled warehouse/production facility
  • Temperatures can reach the 80s90s despite climate control
  • Facility has a "new carpet and glue" smell; long sleeves are recommended
  • Schedule: MondayThursday
  • Overtime may be required on Fridays
  • Shift Options:
  • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM 2:00 AM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of EUDORA, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
