What You'll Do
As a Production Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping our production lines running smoothly:
- Operate and monitor machinery used in carpet production
- Load and unload materials into ovens and stamping machines
- Rotate between different stations and production lines
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality standards
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods (810 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift 4050 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience
- Experience with production lines, machine operation, hand tools, or inspection

Work Environment & Schedule
- Large, climate-controlled warehouse/production facility
- Temperatures can reach the 80s90s despite climate control
- Facility has a "new carpet and glue" smell; long sleeves are recommended
- Schedule: MondayThursday
- Overtime may be required on Fridays
- Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM 2:00 AM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of EUDORA, KS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
