Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Individuals should be self-directed and multi-skilled. They should have the ability to perform or the experience in at least two of the following areas:

• Welding
• Assembly
• Blueprint reading
• Machine operation
• Buffing and grinding
• Refrigeration knowledge
• Electrical knowledge
• Hand tool operation
• Fork truck operating
• Basic computer skills
• Tape measure reading

Qualifications

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Have good attendance habits.
• Must be safety conscious.
• Cooperative/team player.
• Have a mechanical inclination or enjoy working with your hands.
• Able to learn new things quickly.
• Ability to suggest new ideas (cost reduction, process improvement, etc.).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• A high school diploma or GED is required
