Kelly Services in partnership with Cummins has openings to join our team at Cummins Rocky Mount Engine Plant (RMEP). Cummins is an industry leader and world's largest diesel engine and component manufacturer in the world. RMEP is nationally recognized as a great place to work in Whitakers, NC and we have several Assembler opportunities available on multiple shifts.

SHIFT RATES/HOURS:

1st shift 6:00am -3:30pm: $16/hr

2nd shift 3:30pm 1:00am: $17.25/hr

3rd shift 10:00pm 6:30am: $17.25/hr

Mandatory OT and weekends may be assigned for all shifts depending on production needs.

What's a typical day as an Assembler? You'll be:

Operating manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product

Optimizing cycle times, meeting defined standards, and achieving production goals in a team-oriented environment

Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair.

This position might be an outstanding fit if you:

Are at least 18 years of age

Are detail orientated

Are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, standing, walking, and kneeling in a production environment
