Setting others up for success is your sweet spot.What youll do:Provide high-quality production support for weekend services mid-week services and events for your campus. This includes but is not limited to: modifying ProPresenter content for events and services lighting design/programming executing stage designs and scheduling volunteersLead recruit and develop campus volunteer teams including but not limited to volunteers in children and student spaces large assembly rooms and campus-wide activitiesManage training workflows for new volunteers in Planning Center Online & Rock (church database)Print and load content for the various services and eventsOperate media equipment/provide production support for various events and services as requiredOther tasks as assigned by the Rockwall Production Director and Central Production PastorSkills & Experience youve had:1-2 years of live production experience (paid or volunteer) preferredWorking proficiency in presentation software (ProPresenter Keynote etc.)Embody all Lakepointe Leadership Behaviors:Love and follow JesusHonor up down and all aroundMake it funReject good for greatWhatever it takesLove LakepointeAT-WILL EMPLOYMENT:By submitting my resume to Lakepointe Church for potential employment I acknowledge that if hired I will be an employment-at-will employee.
