Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Control Coordinator to assist in the creation and entry of manufacturing travelers. The role involves adding work orders and travelers, performing data entry into SAP, and carrying out various administrative tasks such as organizing inventory data, categorizing, and filing paperwork into the system, and data cleanup.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and entry of manufacturing travelers.
• Add work orders and travelers into the system.
• Perform data entry tasks using SAP.
• Organize inventory data and categorize paperwork.
• File paperwork into the system.
• Conduct data cleanup and maintain accurate records.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

Essential Skills

• Experience working with an ERP system, ideally SAP.
• Proficient in data entry.
• Experience with Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Clerical and administrative skills.
• Knowledge gained through on-the-job training or equivalent experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
