Email Marketing Specialist (Hybrid) at Cella

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying email marketing campaigns to effectively promote the company's products, services, and thought leadership content.You will become a core partner to our wider marketing teams, working collaboratively to optimize automated marketing campaigns, streamline material distribution, and ensure best-in-class platform use, tracking, reporting, and analytics.Join a team of ambitious and engaged professionals who are committed to innovation and continually challenging the status quo, helping us reinvent how we meet our business partners' needs.Candidates must be willing to go onsite Tuesday-Thursday in Denver, CO.Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal business groups and marketing partners to improve the user experience, reporting and distribution.Analyze and make recommendation to optimize the use of technology resources.Identify trends/issues and performance gaps.Assist with team projects.Create documentation for business and system requirements for assigned focus area.Develop thorough knowledge of platforms, tools and processes.
