We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Generalist at our growing facility in Grand Prairie, TX. Dallas Airfoil Repair Operations, a recognized leader in refurbishment of aero-engine and Industrial Gas Turbine airfoils, is looking for dedicated individuals to support our organization. This position is available on 2nd Shift.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing a variety of surface prep and repair operations on aero-engine turbine airfoil components
  • May include grit blasting, masking, blending, and other routine tasks
  • Assisting in the development of other team members
  • Performing any aspect of this role in assigned area to improve personal development
  • Performing unrelated duties as may be necessary to support the needs of the facility
  • Performing job in compliance with all environmental, health, and safety rules, procedures and policies
  • Completing tasks at the highest level of safety awareness

Qualifications you must have:

  • HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

Qualifications we prefer:

  • 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 3 months Aerospace experience
  • 3 months experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 3 months experience with SAP

This position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with FAA Guidelines. Candidate will be subject to drug and alcohol testing as a pre-employment contingency and also subject to ongoing random testing as an employee per FAA's regulation 14 CFR part 120, as well as 49 CFR part 40.

This role is onsite. Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
